Black Vitality is a health/lifestyle blog that promotes the awareness of living a holistic lifestyle and explores the history and present condition of Black Culture.

Black Vitality aims to:

  • Inform the public on the importance of living a holistic lifestyle (the balance of mind, body and spirit).
  • Encourage, inspire and strengthen the public on their journey to living holistically.
  • Help the public to understand that nutrition is the foundation of health
  • Inspire the public to consider and follow a plant-based diet; understanding that healthy eating isn’t a fad, but a way of life.

  • Shed light on common misconceptions involving black history
